Aztil Air Conditioning - STAY AWAY!
I was misled to believe that a Preventative Maintenance Agreement meant those words. They do not.
They rather mean that a charge is made at every time there is an opportunity. As the Agreement states that the charge cannot be for labor, the company makes its money on the parts that are "required". I had a problem that could have solved with a part under warranty. Although I thought there was no charge for labor, the actual word on a bill for $275 was "replace"!
I actually spoke to the manager, Lisa,who assured me that since neither the manufacturer nor Aztil was aware of the warranty, there would be no charge. There was a charge.
Also know that Aztil does neither electric nor plumbing; it is NOT an all service organization. STAY AWAY
Reason of review: false promise.
Monetary Loss: $275.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Aztil Air Conditioning Cons: Being given false promises, Dishonesty.

I have a service contract...this time I was shown a video of the inside of my air conditioner. You could see parts were missing and it was rusty.
I do not believe that was my air conditioner, but a standard video that they show.
All they wanted to do was sell an air conditioner. BEWARE
